This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types FLYDE INNOVATION INITIATIVES, S.L. (hereinafter, «FLYDE») uses on the website flyde.io, for what purpose and how you can manage or disable them. When you first access the site, we show a notice with the settings manager from which you can accept, reject or customize the use of non-essential cookies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files installed on the hard drive or browser of the computer, tablet, smartphone or equivalent device with internet browsing capabilities, and they help, among other things, to personalize the website owner's services, facilitate navigation and usability, obtain aggregated information about visitors, enable multimedia playback, allow interaction between the user and the site and enable security tools.

Definitions used in this policy

- Publisher: the party responsible for or owner of the website; in this case, FLYDE.
- Third party: external entity, collaborator or service provider involved in managing some cookies.
- Cookie controller: the publisher or, in some cases, the third party.
- Browsing habits: trends shown by the user when browsing a website (time of visit, most frequent sections, origin and destination of the visit, etc.).
What types of cookies are there?
By the entity that manages them
- First-party cookies: sent to the user's terminal device from equipment or a domain managed by the publisher itself and from which the requested service is provided.
- Third-party cookies: sent to the terminal device from equipment or a domain managed by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
By how long they stay active
- Session cookies: collect and store data while the user accesses the website and disappear when the session ends.
- Persistent cookies: the data remains stored on the terminal and may be processed for a period defined by the cookie controller, ranging from a few minutes to several years.
By their purpose
- Technical or necessary cookies: allow navigation and the use of the site's different options or services, such as controlling traffic, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering form elements, managing security or storing consent preferences. They do not require the user's consent.
- Preference or personalization cookies: allow information to be remembered so the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that differentiate their experience (language, region, browser type, etc.).
- Analytics or measurement cookies: allow tracking and analysis of user behavior in aggregate, in order to introduce improvements based on how they use the service.
- Advertising and behavioral advertising cookies: allow advertising spaces to be managed and, in the behavioral case, to store information about browsing habits to show advertising tailored to a profile. On flyde.io they are limited to the LinkedIn Insight Tag, used to measure conversions and remarket our campaigns, and are only activated if you give your consent.

The analytics cookies used do not build profiles of the users browsing the site, nor make automated decisions based on this data. The list above may be updated; the current version is always the one published on this page.
Legal basis and consent
Technical or necessary cookies are used on the basis of FLYDE's legitimate interest in the correct functioning of the site and are exempt from the consent requirement. The rest of the cookies (third-party analytics and functional) are only installed if you give your consent through the initial notice and the settings manager, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies.
Your consent is free, specific, informed and unambiguous. Rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting basic browsing. Consent is requested again, at most, every 24 months.
How to manage or disable cookies?
